Delta Air Lines, Inc. Manager - Sales Operations, Latin America in Atlanta, Georgia

The Manager - Sales Operations, Latin America will be responsible for the development and execution of B2B communications and marketing strategies to advance the Delta brand in Latin America with corporate and travel agency customers. In addition, this role will be responsible for the expansion of Sales Technology tools to the Latin B2B market.

This position will work collaboratively with B2C Marketing Communications to ensure an aligned brand message within the Latin America and Caribbean region. He/she must also effectively coordinate efforts with numerous other internal customers throughout the company, including SkyMiles, Corporate Communications, Sales Technology, North America Sales, IFS, ACS, Product Management, eCommerce (, Revenue Management, Network, Alliances/SkyTeam and others, to ensure consistent, fluid messaging to Delta's corporate and agency customers. This individual will work closely with the Latin America field sales team to assess needs and deliver appropriate sales and support materials.

Other functions include competitive benchmarking, developing B2B segmentation strategies and supporting Sales programs and Flight Plan Customer Service goals. Program analysis is also required, including defining the metrics and measurement strategy to evaluate the success of all communications programs, strategies and efforts to ensure targeting, measurement, technology platforms, research efforts and brand measurement are utilized to their full potential and ensure maximum return on investment.

Successful candidate should possess the following Qualifications and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline required and MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Experience working cross divisionally and with partner airlines.

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese abilities preferred. English fluency required.

  • Must be able to lead and work collaboratively and excel in a cross functional environment.

  • Must possess strong executive presence and understanding of a large corporate environment

  • Must have demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications.
