Program Leader, Omni-Channel Sales (Japan) is responsible for the revenue/profitability growth of Omni-channel, which include all Japan PoS direct sales in TPAC and Resort market via, Customer Engagement Center (RES), OTA, Agency's online platform and B2B2C channel. This position will report to Manager, Omni channel Sales and Strategy - Japan and will be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

Successfully lead initiatives that contribute to the overall Omni channel sales strategy with OTAs, key travel agencies' online platforms and, as well as other digital and direct channels, including B2B2C such as time share services.

Meet/exceed corporate target of revenue and market share targets generated through key direct sales, B2B2C, and OTA channels.

Create and implement the regional and country specific Omni-channel sales programs at the ground level and monitoring their effectiveness.

Implement e-commerce sales programs and monitor their effectiveness.

Monitor industry best practices for omni channel analytics and provide recommendations for new approaches and related analytical tools/platforms to improve omni channel sales.

Optimize the localized homepage leveraging web analytics and booking data to increase JP PoS revenue.

Spearhead the initiatives of expanding direct sales database in Japan in order to accelerate revenue through and Customer Engagement Center (RES).

Work closely with Sales Promotion team to plan and develop Omni-channel sales promotions to make Delta the airline choice for FIT travelers in Japan through direct communication.

Collaborate and partner with key internal stakeholders such as e-commerce, Distributions, Sales Technology, Sales Development, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Sales Operation & Promotion Japan and other DL departments on key Omni-channel sales initiatives and projects.

Build and develop relationship with internal stakeholders and external business partners.

Foster best practices in salesforce productivity and skill development, while instilling "Rules of the Road" and re-enforcing the positive Delta culture.

Bachelor's degree required, MBA or business related master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of e-commerce sales or digital marketing required.

Knowledge of Delta Air Lines and/or the airline industry, travel landscape, consumer behavior, airline e-commerce and online travel agencies preferred

Excellent expertise with emerging distribution channels and tools, and e-commerce trends.

Project management skill and the ability to correlate business processes to technical requirements.

Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team environment and delivering results on time and on budget

Strong leadership skills, written & oral communication skills, positive attitude, & ability to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take general requirements and develop execution plan to deliver required projects

Experience building decks/presentations

Experience successfully managing multiple assignments simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and experience providing insights/regular report generation

Able to travel domestically and internationally.
